The Story — Fly Agaric Records

Fly Agaric Records began life in 2014 with the release of Little Mountain’s eponymous album, a canyon folk collaboration between Steve Forshaw, Amanda Zamolo and Ross Godfrey.

The second release SKYE|ROSS landed in 2016, distributed through Cooking Vinyl, a mesmerising blend of songs from Morcheeba founder members Skye Edwards and Ross Godfrey.

2018 saw the release of Blaze Away by Morcheeba including a collaboration with UK hip hop legend Roots Manuva and French icon Benjamin Biolay. The remix special edition Blazed Away came out the next year.

Morcheeba went on to put out their tenth studio album Blackest Blue in May 2021 with guest vocals from desert rocker Duke Garwood and Brad Barr from the seminal Canadian band Barr Brothers. This was swiftly followed by a remixed version on special edition vinyl, featuring mixes from Kutiman, Voyou, Gui Boratto and Orbital. Both Blaze Away and Blackest Blue are distributed by Kartel Music Group.

Amanda Zamolo, longtime Morcheeba collaborator and member of Little Mountain, released her first solo EP Je Suis Une Ombre through Fly Agaric in 2021, it is a beautiful collection of French language songs.
